What is the Grange?
The Grange is a family, community organization with its root in agriculture. Founded in 1867, the Grange was formed as a national organization with a local focus. Our members are given the opportunity to learn and grow to their full potential as citizens and leaders. Visit the Washington State Grange website for more information about the Grange organization.
Olalla Grange No 1125
Washington Grange No. 1125 is our official title. We are one of a number of community Granges located in Kitsap County Washington and one of 50 plus Granges across the State of Washington.
Olalla Grange has served our community for over 70 years. It was organized in the basement of the Olalla Community Hall on September 30, 1947. Forty-seven area residents were accepted as Charter members. Learn more about the rich history of our Grange.
Olalla Grange Supports Several Organizations
- Boy and Girl Scouts: Troop #1528 meets on Mondays.
- Kitsap Peggers (a cribbage player’s group) play on Wednesday nights.
Strengthening Community, One Initiative at a Time
At the Olalla Grange, we’re committed to continually enhancing our facility and grounds, creating a welcoming space for local weddings, receptions, birthdays, meetings, school activities, and more. Our aim is to be a trusted resource—a place where community connections thrive. See our rental section for details about renting the Grange.
As proud supporters of local initiatives, we also contribute to the ongoing restoration of the Olalla Community Club, partner with the Olalla Americana Music Festival (scheduled for August 15, 2026), and host meaningful events that bring people together and strengthen our community’s spirit.
Monthly Meetings
Every month, members and staff gather to conduct Grange business, plan events, and welcome guest speakers who share insights on local issues and their organizations. Together, we’re building a brighter future for Olalla—one connection at a time. Our meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
This Grange is all about helping our community!
