Hall Rental

The Olalla Grange is organized to offer the community a great place to rent for meetings, wedding receptions, parties, community functions and is ready for your event.

The Grange is located in a nice quiet setting of evergreens with a large, flat parking area.  The capacity for the building is 150 people.  The main floor consists of a foyer with a short hall connecting the men and women’s bathrooms, that opens into a great room and the kitchen dining area off to the side.  The kitchen has easy access to bring in food.

Rental Cost are $400 a day and for specific needs can be rented for $40 by the hour.

Rates – Hourly/ $40    Day/ $400    Deposit / $150.00 (reservation / damage, refundable as in contract detail.)

Contract required:  All use of the building is subject to a signed, binding agreement through contract and deposit. Onsite preview by appointment only.

Main Floor:  A large room 35’ X 50’ with 16’ ceiling. The floor is carpeted.

Kitchen:  Health Department approved, 18’ X 15’ room with cabinets and counters, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, triple sink, electric range, vent hood, microwave, plate warmers and one 30 cup coffee maker). Please request details of other kitchen equipment.

Facilities:  125 folding chairs, 20 banquet tables (30″x 96″), upright piano, two restrooms, approximately 60 parking places.


Picnic Tables for Rent:   (6 available)   Not for more than 3 day use.
Grange Members / free or a donation.
Non Members $7.50/day for one table and two benches with $50 deposit. Standing members (only) qualify for discounts on rentals and chairs.
