Join us in cultivating a sense of well-being and reducing stress through the rejuvenating practice of yoga.

Under the guidance of Diane (Dee) DeMars, who brings over 30 years of teaching experience to the mat, classes are thoughtfully designed to keep your spine flexible and your spirit lifted. We incorporate yoga movements alongside the latest research about fascia and somatic movements—these slow-motion techniques help train your body to move more efficiently.

Many participants leave class feeling like they’ve just had a massage, a testament to each session’s relaxing and healing nature.

Sessions are easy to follow, non-competitive, and most importantly, you’ll feel great! (No yoga experience necessary)

Thursdays 10:00 to 11:15 am at the Grange (starting January 12 2025)

Suggested donation: $20 per session (cash please)

A few important things to keep in mind for the class:

  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early
  • Bring a yoga mat and 2 blankets
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • If you have to arrive late, just quietly come in and join the session
